Children donate lemonade-stand earnings to Bethlehem officials

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Three little entrepreneurs donated the money from their lemonade stand to help the Bethlehem Police Department.

Abigail and Alexandria Yerk, and Keegan Jones presented a check to Mayor Robert Donchez and Police Chief Mark DiLuzio for $200.

The money will go toward the city's mounted patrol and K9 units.

The kids set up their lemonade stand near the mounted unit when the Clydesdale horses came to town and realized there was a need.

The city gave them each a certificate of appreciation, coloring books and a commemorative coin.
