Coroner IDs man shot dead in Allentown

Kenyatta Eutsey died early New Year's Day

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The Lehigh County coroner has identified the victim in Allentown's first homicide of 2018.

Kenyatta Eutsey, 23, of Bethlehem, died after he was shot multiple times around 12:40 a.m. Monday.

Another man was injured in the shooting in the 1100 block of Turner Street. That man was taken to the hospital in critical condition. No word on his current condition or the extent of his injuries.

Eutsey was also taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. His death has been ruled a homicide, the coroner said.

Investigators said they are still looking for the shooter. Anyone with information should call police at 610-437-7721.
