EASTON, Pa. - More than 13,000 Met-Ed customers were without power Monday morning in Easton, and crews are working to figure out why.

According to the Med-Ed website, more than 8,600 of the company's customers were without electricity in the City of Easton.

As of 10:45 a.m., 13,304 customers were reportedly without electricity in Northampton County.

There's currently no word on what may have caused the outages.
