Driver gets prison time in fatal DUI crash

WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. - A Lehigh County man who pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle and DUI charges has learned his fate.

Joshua Moser was sentenced Tuesday to three to 10 years in prison.

Prosecutors say Moser was drunk when he crashed his car on Rextown Road in Washington Township last year.

Nicole Gruber, 24, was thrown from Moser's car and later died at the hospital.

Moser and another passenger had minor injuries. He pleaded guilty in August.
