Easton man charged with repeatedly raping girl

A 34-year-old Easton man has been arrested for allegedly raping a girl repeatedly over several years.

Michael Sebring, of Washington Street, was taken into custody Saturday.

Police said Sebring was arrested following an investigation into the alleged sexual assaults against a juvenile female.

Sebring is facing numerous charges, including rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, sexual assault, corruption of minors, and several other related charges.

Court documents allege 196 counts of offenses committed by Sebring.

He is being held at Northampton County Prison on $500,000 bail.
