Easton man sentenced up to six years on drug delivery charges

EASTON, Pa. - An Easton man was sentenced Monday to three to six years in state prison for his part in providing heroin to another man who died of an overdose. 

Daniel Fisher Jr. stood trial on charges of making a drug delivery that resulted in death and possession with intent to deliver. 

Police report Fisher sold heroin to Thomas O'Brien in August 2015, who overdosed and died in Easton Hospital a few days later.
