Easton Police: Woman pointed gun at Lafayette College student

EASTON, Pa. - A 35-year-old Easton woman has been arrested for allegedly pointing a gun at a Lafayette College student.

Police said Nicole Marie McCaffrey was taken into custody Wednesday for an incident that happened back on May 3.

According to police, McCaffrey was driving in the area of McCartney and March streets when she pointed a gun at a Lafayette student crossing the street.

Police said they were able to locate McCaffrey thanks to a partial license plate obtained by the student.

Police said McCaffrey admitted to being involved in the altercation.

She was charged with terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person. McCaffrey was arraigned and released on $15,000 unsecured bail.
