Food Truck Tuesdays: Taza Truck

Food Truck Tuesday features The Taza Truck!

Tim and Hala Bonner are both professors, but five years ago they traded the classroom for a food truck.

Their cuisine is a reflection of Hala's Egyptian heritage and their menu features some of the finest spices, meats and fresh vegetables that date all the way back to ancient times.

That menu is a perfect reason for their name. 'Taza' means 'fresh' in Arabic.

So if you're looking for a fresh, unique flavor, eat like an Egyptian!

Check out the Taza Truck and stay tuned for their new locations opening soon in Philadelphia and Bethlehem.
