Fusions nightclub patron shot in leg

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - An Allentown man was shot in the leg early Monday morning as he walked out of Fusions nightclub on 170 West Allen Street.

Police said they were notified and responded to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg, where at about 3:15 a.m. an unidentified, 28-year-old man walked into the hospital with a gunshot wound to his upper leg.

Police said the victim told them he was walking out of Fusions Nightclub and to his car in the 500 block of Ridge Avenue, when a group of males followed him, yelled out something to him, and then he heard three or four gunshots.

The victim received a non, life-threatening gunshot wound to his upper leg.

He described the group of males as three black or Hispanic men, wearing dark clothing and armed with an unknown caliber weapon.
