Babysitting grandma accused of overdosing to stand trial

EASTON, Pa. - A woman accused of overdosing while babysitting her granddaughter is headed to trial.

Easton police said they had to use two doses of a heroin antidote to revive Donna Meshach in August. The officer said they found her at a home on Jefferson Street alone with her 7-year-old granddaughter.

Meshach appeared in court Wednesday, where a single charge of endangering the welfare of a child was waived for trial.
