Joseph Kish of Easton turns himself in

He'd failed to return to prison after work release Monday

EASTON, Pa. - A man who failed to return to the Northampton County Prison Monday after work release has turned himself in.

Joseph Kish was due to be back in custody at 11:45 a.m., and police were looking for him when he did not return by 12:50 p.m.

Kish returned to custody at 6:40 p.m. Monday, officials said.

He'd been serving a 54-month sentence for DUI and more than 18 months for recklessly endangering another person.
