Judge rejects plea deal for accused serial rapist

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - A judge has rejected a plea deal for an accused serial rapist.

David Martinez is accused of raping five women either inside his Bethlehem home or in his car.

All of the accusers say Martinez found them through Facebook before meeting them in person, when they were allegedly attacked.

Martinez had pleaded no contest, but the judge rejected that plea on Wednesday, and ruled there was sufficient evidence to send Martinez to trial.

The trial is scheduled for June 2.
