Juvenile suffers wounds to head in Easton stabbing

Formal arraignment scheduled for May 10

EASTON, Pa. - A 17-year-old girl is in Northampton County Prison after being charged as an adult after police say she stabbed another teen back in November 2017.

The victim suffered wounds to the head and torso.

Lacey Williams turned herself in and admitted to the stabbing, according to police. So far, there is still no word on a motive.

Williams formal arraignment is scheduled for May 10.

Police got the call for help just before 3 p.m. Nov. 28. People living in the 1400 block of Ferry street refused to go on camera, but say the incident took place on the street.

Officers say when they arrived a juvenile male was bleeding profusely from the head and torso. The teen told police Lacey Christina stabbed him.

Lacey Christina is the name Lacey Williams goes by on Facebook. Williams lives blocks away from where the stabbing took place, according to court paperwork.

She spoke with detectives at the Easton police headquarters and police say she admitted to stabbing the teen and was arrested.

Wiliams is facing several charges including aggravated assault.

Investigators say the victim is expected to survive. Williams' family declined an on-camera interview, and when we asked what happened, they said they are still trying to figure it out.
