Lady Antebellum coming to Great Allentown Fair

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - One of country music's most popular trios is bringing its Grammy-winning sound to the Great Allentown Fair in August.

Lady Antebellum, with special guest Joe Nichols, will take to the stage at 7 p.m. on August 28.

The group -- Dave Haywood, Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott - burst onto the country music scene in the fall of 2009 with the release of its monster hit single, "Need You Now."

This song also dominated the Billboard country and pop charts throughout 2010, the same year Lady Antebellum first performed at the Allentown Fair.

Tickets are $59 and $39 for seats both on the track (floor) and in the grandstand, and $75 for a small standing pit area surrounding a center stage extension out into the crowd.

They go on sale to the public starting at 10 a.m. Friday, March 14.

Tickets are currently available for the fair's other two shows previously announced: Mötley Crüe on August 27 and Tim McGraw on August 29.
