ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Several arrests were made outside the PPL Center in Allentown Saturday night after a concert let out.

Police from five agencies were called in to help break up a series of scuffles near 7th and Hamilton streets.

The fights broke out around 11:30 p.m. after a Spring Break Takeover hip-hop concert at the PPL Center.

Most of the people arrested are facing disorderly conduct charges.

Police say Andrew Robles, 31,  is facing more serious charges of intent to commit a riot, assault, failure to disperse and disorderly conduct.

Officials have not said what may have sparked the fights.
