Lawsuit filed over cranes at arena site in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Two companies doing construction on the PPL Center arena in Allentown are in the middle of a lawsuit over missed payments.

Amquip Crane Rental has filed a suit against Tri-City Erectors.

This past winter, according to the suit, Amquip entered into a series of daily rental agreements with Tri-City but failed to pay for the equipment.

The payments total more than $66,000, according to the suit.

Officials with Tri-City said it does not owe Amquip the money.
