Lehigh DA: Men may have fatally shot each other in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Preliminary investigation suggests the two men killed by gunfire in Allentown in early October shot and killed each other, according to Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin.

The men, identified as Keith Minick, 24, and Richard Vera Jr., 28, were taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital where they were pronounced dead after the noon shooting on October 3rd.

Allentown police said the shooting occurred at the intersection of North 4th and Washington streets.

DA Martin says the case is still under investigation.
