Lehigh University building new dorms, lofts

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Lehigh University is moving forward with two projects to house its students.

The Bethlehem Zoning Hearing Board approved the university's plans to build a 5-story dorm building on Brodhead Avenue.

Lehigh officials say the project is still in the early stages of development.

Lehigh is also working on plans to convert a property it already owns into loft apartments. These Brinker Lofts would be located on Adams Street.
