LVIA flights now canceled, LANTA, SEPTA routes affected

The wind, snow and slush has caused crashes, downed trees and other incidents in and around the Lehigh Valley.

In addition, Lehigh Valley International Airport reported a total of 14 flight cancellations Friday and it's canceled the remainder of it's arrivals and departures for the day.

As for land travel, LANTA bus Route 217 is operating a snow emergency detour: 217 NB/Bethlehem - Slate Belt. There is no service to Roseto. All other routes are operating normal schedules, according to its Facebook post.

Carbon County Community Transit Shared Ride Service has also been canceled to Albrightsville and Palmerton. Only passengers who have already been dropped off will have return trips from those locations. No new trips will be available.

SEPTA routes have been changed or suspended due to the weather as well. Check for updates here.
