Man critically injured in Allentown shooting

24-yr-old victim found on Tilghman St.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Allentown police are investigating a shooting that left one person in critical condition.

It happened around 10:30 p.m. Monday. When police arrived on the scene, they found a 24-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound in the 400 block of Tilghman Street.

The victim was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital.

Police said the shooting may have taken place in the area of Fifth and Washington streets but they are still investigating that.

The name of the victim has not been released.

No arrests have been made.
