Man sentenced for decades-old home invasion

PLAINFIELD TWP., Pa. - A man accused in a violent home invasion has been sentenced, decades after the crime.

Matthew Hebert was one of three men wanted in a Plainfield Township, Northampton County home invasion.

The invasion happened back in 1990 and left the homeowner beaten and bloody.

Hebert fled and was later found in Florida.

Thursday, he was sentenced and received five years probation.
