Man tells Allentown police he was stabbed in the back while walking along the street

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Allentown police are investigating after a man was stabbed while walking down the street.

Police say it happened around 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of 7th Street. 

A man was walking down the street when he was stabbed in the back twice, according to police. He then walked to Sacred Heart. 

Police say his injuries are non-life threatening. 

The man says he does not know who or why someone would stab him.
