Man who filmed sex with teenager sentenced up to 5 years

EASTON, Pa. - Jose Rosado was sentenced Friday up to five years in jail with four years probation. 

This comes after authorities alleged the 36-year-old Monroe County man had a sexual relationship with his ex-girlfriend’s teenager daughter and even recorded them having sex at an Easton hotel.

Police charged Rosado with statutory sexual assault and related charges in connection with the relationship he allegedly carried on with a teenage girl for more than a year.

He pleaded guilty to statutory sexual assault and photograph/film/depict on computer sex act - knowingly or permitting child, as well as sell/furnish liquor etc. minor. Rosado is required to register as a sex offender.
