Road rage arrest

UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. - Police said they have charged a man accused of pointing a handgun during a road incident in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County.

Kleiner Piron-Rodriguez, 30, of Sinking Spring, is facing several charges, including terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Police said the incident happened back on Aug. 2 on Route 222 at Mill Creek Road.

According to police, a vehicle drive by Piron-Rodriguez was tailgating another car. A verbal argument ensued while the two vehicles were stopped alongside each other at a traffic signal. That's when police said Piron-Rodriguez pulled out a handgun and pointed it toward two people in the other vehicle.

Police said they were able to identify Piron-Rodriguez as the suspect thanks to the victims getting his license plate information.
