More than 20,000 diapers donated to local shelters

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Two Lehigh Valley shelters got special deliveries Friday to help parents with their special deliveries.

Mary's Shelter at the Cay Galgon Center in Bethlehem and the Sixth Street Shelter in Allentown both got deliveries of just over 10,000 diapers each.

The diapers were collected through Operation Diaper Drive, run by the company Weyerhaeuser.

The Weyerhaeuser distribution center in Forks Township ran the drive in our area.

More than 21,000 diapers were collected during the drive.
