Multi-sport special Olympian still going after 3 decades

Nam a sport and she'll beat you in it.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - An Allentown woman has competed in the Special Olympics for more than three decades.

Nicole Seng, 41, has competed in gymnastics, track and field, softball, basketball, and bowling to name a few.

She's won several medals but she and her mom will tell you the best prize is all the friends she's made.

"She doesn't try to out beat somebody, she just likes to be there with people, and her peers.  And she has a good time," said Donna Seng, Nicole's mom.  "It opened up her whole life she has so many friends."

Seng is joining more than 750 other athletes at DeSales University Sunday for the eastern fall sectionals.

This year, she'll be competing in bocce.
