NJ men charged with trafficking heroin in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Two individuals have been arrested for allegedly trafficking heroin from various Allentown motels for distribution throughout the Lehigh Valley.

According to a release from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, agents conducted a fast-moving investigation into the alleged heroin trafficking of Sherwin Collingwood Jr., 25, and Lynnasia Webb, 25, both of Orange, N.J., by making an undercover purchase and controlled buy.

Nearly 900 bags of heroin were seized with an estimated street value of $9,000. Agents also seized $2,036 in cash and a vehicle.

Attorney General Kathleen Kane said the seized heroin has been submitted to the Pennsylvania State Police Regional Laboratory for further testing.

Collingwood and Webb each are charged with two counts of possession of heroin, one count of delivery of heroin, one count of possession with the intent to deliver heroin, one count of criminal use of a communication facility, one count of criminal conspiracy and one count of dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity.
