NY-based business relocates to Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - City Center Lehigh Valley announced Monday that Seed Development has moved its company headquarters from New York to Allentown.

Seed Development, which builds web and mobile applications, is leasing 5,200 square feet at 806 Hamilton Street within the Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ).

The space was one of the historic renovations City Center did on several Hamilton Street properties. It is located in the same building as Vince's Cheesesteaks.

The company currently employs 13 people in the space and plans to add more as it continues to grow.

Seed Development has seen revenue growth of more than 500% in the past year.

“We’re bringing exciting projects to Allentown for local software developers,” said Noah Santorello, co-founder and chief technology officer of Seed Development. “We’re looking to hire strong candidates ranging from recent grads to experienced developers. We’re also looking at business development opportunities in the Lehigh Valley.”
