Officer sues city over discrimination

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - An Allentown police officer is suing the city, claiming discrimination.

Officer Leif Henry has been with the department since 1998.

In a lawsuit filed Monday, Henry says he was discriminated against and ordered to do demeaning work because he's Hispanic.

He claims he was retaliated against because of a medical condition as well.

Allentown Police Chief Roger MacLean is also named in the suit.

The city says it hasn't been served with the complaint yet so it has no comment.
