Person burned in Upper Mount Bethel house fire

UPPER MOUNT BETHEL TWP, Pa. - A house fire in Northampton County Wednesday had fire crews busy for hours.

According to Northampton County officials, the fire in the 700 block of Harvest Lane in Upper Mount Bethel Township was called in around 6:30 p.m.

Multiple fire companies were called out to battle the blaze.

One person, a resident, was transported to the hospital with burn injuries.

The fire was under control by 8:30 p.m.

No word on what caused the fire.
