Police are looking for a hit and run driver

Driver of pickup truck clipped a car on Route 22 Bypass in Lehigh County.

UPPER MCUNGIE TWP., Pa. - Police are looking for the driver of a red pickup truck who struck a vehicle and left the scene in Upper Macungie Twp.

According to police, on August 13, at about 7:30 p.m. the driver of the red truck pulled out in front of Raymond Lahens on Route 222 bypass near Folk Road in Upper Macungie Township and struck the front passenger corner of Lahens' vehicle.

Lahens told police the driver of the red truck did not stop to exchange information.

Though Lahens did not know the exact location where the accident occurred, he reported the incident to police and told them the red truck had a silver trailer attached to it.

Police are asking any one with information about the accident to contact them at 484-661-5911.
