ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Republican Nat Hyman will face incumbent Democratic Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski in November.

Hyman won over his challenger, Luiz Garcia in a 70 percent to 30 percent victory.

Hyman is a real estate developer who founded Hyman Properties.

His campaign website claims he is investing $40 million in affordable housing in Allentown without government assistance, tax benefits or incentives.

The businessman says he thinks he can run the city like a successful business, and believes his background will help him develop its potential.

Hyman says he's happy for the victory Tuesday night, but as of Wednesday morning, all the focus is now on November, and the road ahead.
