Restaurant re-opening called a win-win for Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Starters name is officially out of the restaurant game in the Lehigh Valley.

The Clubhouse Grill opened Tuesday afternoon at the Bethlehem Municipal Golf Course on Illick's Mill Road.

The restaurant was formerly part of the local chain Starters, but is now under a new name and new ownership.

The move is being described as a fresh start, but it's an end for Starters, which once had three locations across the area and reportedly owes the city more than $38,000, according to the Express Times.
