Ribbon cut on Cigar Factory Artists Studios in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Lehigh Valley artists have a new place to call home in Allentown.

Mayor Ed Pawlowski and other city officials cut the ribbon Tuesday on the new Cigar Factory Artists Studios.

Workers have spent the past several months transforming the old factory on North 4th Street into 45 artist studios and a gallery.

Tenants will have 24-hour access to the building.

Rent starts at $350 per month, and some of the studios are still available.
