Sean West enters guilty plea in Easton stabbing

He repeatedly stabbed a man in the back last September

EASTON, Pa. - Twenty-three-year-old Sean West, who stabbed a man in the back several times last September, has entered a negotiated guilty plea in Northampton County Court.

West faced a charge of attempted homicide for the Sept. 19 stabbing of a 39-year-old man at Ferry and Cherry streets in Easton.

But the attempted homicide charge has been dropped.

West pleaded guilty to aggravated assault on April 7.

He faces 66 to 132 months in prison.

The victim survived the attack with non-life threatening wounds.
