ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The Sterling Hotel in downtown Allentown has been sold to the owners of DejaVu Restaurant and Nightclub that spans two of its levels.

The purchase was arranged by Lehigh Financial Group, LLC and was sold for $1.55 million.

The owners will continue to operate the nightclub and upgrade the living spaces in the three-story building as tenants move out, says business and building manager Osiris "Tito" Guzman.

He says the new owners plan to convert the warehouse space in the building to additional apartments as well.

The sale closed Nov. 30.
