Supreme Court outlaws straw purchases

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Supreme Court made a ruling Monday involving a local man.

This one cracks down on so-called straw purchasers.

The court has ruled that gun buyers must disclose when they are buying a gun for someone else even if both are legally eligible to own firearms.

This decision stems from the Bruce Abramski case.

Abramski is a former Virginia police officer who bought a gun and then gave it to his uncle in Easton.
