Suspect in deadly Allentown hit-and-run to appear in court Wednesday

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A preliminary hearing is scheduled Wednesday for a man accused of a deadly hit-and-run in Allentown.

32 year-old Ruby Marrero was hit by a car on North Sixth Street back in February.

She spent several days in the hospital before her death.

Prosecutors say Joshua Stockman hit Marrero and then took off.

He's been charged with two felonies, aggravated assault by vehicle and accident involving death or personal injury.
