Threat of bad weather postpones "Frozen"

Allentown will show the movie on May 30 in Arts Park

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Due to a forecast for inclement weather Friday night, Allentown is postponing its Movie in the Park presentation of "Frozen" until May 30.

It will be shown at dusk at the Arts Park on Fifth Street near Linden.

The Disney movie is rated PG and runs for 108 minutes. It is based on Hans Christian Andersen's  fairy tale "The Snow Queen."

This is the second time the movie is being postponed because of weather.

In case of inclement weather, residents should call the Recreation Inclement Weather Hotline at 610-437-7750 after office hours, or check Facebook for postponement information.
