The "Putting the Valley Back to Work" job fair was held inside the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem.

"Really helpful to just put a face to a company and get a feel for what offering," said Chelsea Uselding, 22.

"We're looking for people who have great customer service experience, need multi-tasking skills, problem solving and teamwork," said Sharon Kerr. of The Hartford.

Employers said dress for success, as your first impression can make or break your chances of landing a job.
