Unofficial numbers in for Allentown race for mayor

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The final, but still unofficial count is in in the hotly-contested race for mayor of Allentown.

We knew incumbent Ed Pawlowski was the winner of the Democratic primary, with just more than 1,700 votes.

But it's Council President Ray O'Connell who ends up in second place, just 44 votes ahead of Charles Thiel.

Pawlowski will take on Republican newcomer Nat Hyman in the general election.
