Update: owners of allegedly dangerous dog cited

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The law has sided with April Pilz, the Bethlehem woman who says her neighbor's dog is responsible for multiple attacks against other dogs and people.

Freddy Santos has been cited for "dogs running at large" and "dangerous dogs," but the dog itself has not been deemed dangerous.

That determination lies with a judge who will decide that at a future hearing.

The dog is now under quarantine and the owners did tell us they plan to put it up for adoption.
