SALISBURY TWP., Pa. - A woman charged in a hit-and-run crash that critically injured a toddler in Allentown has learned her fate.

April Frame of Salisbury Township was sentenced Thursday to 9 to 23 months in prison.

Police say Frame struck 3-year-old Annabelle Ruth in the 700 block of Saint John Street back in October and then drove off.

She pleaded guilty in the case as part of a plea deal last month.
