Local Flavor: Hill's Restaurant

CATASAUQUA, Pa. - A family's labor of love for more than five decades is on the menu in Catasauqua.

Hill's Restaurant has been in the same family since its opening nearly 56 years ago.

The restaurant's first location was down the street from where it is now. Hill's moved to its current Bridge Street home in 1965.

"It's been lots of generations of hard work that our parents started, my grandparents started, my mother and father worked around the clock. It's bred in us. We're born here. We're raised here." said Fayanne Keller.

As for the food, everything is homemade. Among the menu items, there'somelettes and french toast for breakfast, and pulled pork barbecue for lunch.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
