Man Accused Of Killing Pregnant Girlfriend Waives Hearing

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - A veterinarian accused of killing his girlfriend and their unborn child in Lehigh County is headed to trial.

David Rapoport waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday morning.

He will be arraigned June 10th.

Police claim Rapoport shot and killed Jennifer Snyder back in March.

They said she was about two months pregnant and that Rapoport, who is married, was angry about the pregnancy.
