Man arrested in hit-and-run that killed girl, 3, apologizes

The suspect involved in the deadly hit-and-run apologized online saying he's not a monster.

Justin Taylor made a posting on Facebook just moments before he was arrested Friday night.

"My heart goes out to the family. Sorry for everyone's pain I'm causing," he wrote. "I'm no monster. I was scared."

He thanked his girlfriend and his family for their support.
