Connecticut man arrested carrying 2 banners, shouting about various causes
A Connecticut man named Noel was arrested after scaling a Christmas tree in a public park.
Police cut electricity to the tree in New Haven Green, a 16-acre park in New Haven near Yale University, and talked with Noel Delgado to persuade him to come down, The Associated Press reported.
Delgado was carrying two banners and shouting about various causes.
He was charged with breach of the peace and refused medical treatment at the scene, the AP reported.
