Man To Waive Hearing In Killing Of Pregnant Girlfriend

A veterinarian who's accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend will be in court Thursday.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for David Rapoport. His attorney said Rapoport will waive that hearing.

Rapoport is charged with killing Jennifer Snyder in March and dumping her body in a wooded area of the Trexler Game Preserve in Lehigh County.

Officials said Snyder was two months pregnant with Rapoport's child.

Rapoport was married to another woman at the time.
