3rd suspect arrested in killing of man found on Thun Trail

READING, Pa. - Police have nabbed a third suspect wanted for the kidnapping and killing of a man whose body was found on the Thun Trail in Berks County.

Miguel Rosario Ramos was taken into custody in Puerto Rico. He's expected to be returned to Berks County next week, said District Attorney John Adams.

Two other men, Victor Borges Rivera and Jose Rivera Aguirre, are already in custody in connection with the deadly shooting of Luis Salas Ramos in September.

Investigators said witnesses saw Salas Ramos when he was hit in the face with a gun in the 200 block of Wood Street in Reading and then thrown into the back of a red Jeep.

The three men then drove Salas Ramos to the Thun Trail in Cumru Township, where a cyclist found him dead from multiple gun shot wounds, police said.
