More than 47 million Americans have been hit by a $5 billion cut in food stamp benefits that took effect Nov. 1. And even more cuts may be on the way as Congress works to pass a new budget. Here is a state-by-state breakdown of the current cuts, which last through September 2014, according to the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities:
